Notes:

  • Do not eat dinner after 8 p.m. You must eat dinner before 8 p.m. because as you can see in meal plan, some of the dinners are heavy and your metabolism is slowed down during the night and usually it takes a couple of hours for food to digest. It is not advisable to go to sleep right after you ate dinner. You have to wait at least three hours after dinner before sleeping.
  • You can drink coffee, but you should not drink more than two cups a day. If you prefer sweetened coffee, then you are not allowed to drink more than one cup a coffee per day.
  • An average man needs about 2,200 calories a day, which means that, on average, he is going to lose about 8,500 calories weekly or 2.5 pounds (1.2 kg) per week, respectively.
  • An average woman needs about 1,800 calories a day, which means that, on average, she is going to lose about 6500 calories weekly or 1.8 pounds (0.8 kg), respectively. You must create 3500 calorie deficit in order to lose one pound.
  • Fast diet is pretty strict and you will lose weight very quickly even without exercise. If you want to work out while on this diet, than you need to increase the amount of food you eat, because quantity of food in abovementioned meal plan does not provide you enough energy for physical activity.
